I had the pleasure of staying at Eco Tree Hotel for two nights, and the experience was far better than I initially expected. This mid-budget hotel strikes a wonderful balance between affordability, comfort, and convenience, making it an excellent choice for travelers who want value without compromising on quality. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their friendliness and professionalism. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and were always ready to assist with any request. The Pakistani man, who is the maintenance guy always came to fix my plug, water kettle at once. He even offered to bring boxes for me to put my extra things [ to put into airport luggage compartment]. The Chinese maintenance man fixed my switch that had no electricity at once. The Indian Bangladeshi man who served on the 1st floor restaurant for my complimentary breakfast must be given a raise in wages as he even went the extra mile to serve me extra poached/ fried eggs, and even offered to heat up the cold milk for my tea. Each time, after we have finished eating our eggs, he would come to my table to ask, "would you like some more eggs?" All three ought to be given a raise in wages or an angpow for year 2025. Even my Lions Club friends agree that the Indian Restaurant waiter deserves a raise in wages. Whenever all the dishes in restaurant were empty, all the servers/ waiters would refill immediately. They all did such a great job. Only lacking is the restaurant dishes can be changed daily, like the fried potatoes with sausages were too oily. Most of the dishes were too oily. Most of us have cholesterol issues, so we can't take oily dishes. Thank you, overall the best service goes to these three man.
