Reservations
By booking through this Website, you agree to the Hotel’s terms, conditions, and policies. You authorize the Hotel and us to use your personal and payment details for the reservation process.
All guests must present valid ID (e.g. passport or national ID) upon check-in. The Hotel reserves the right to deny check-in for mismatched or missing identification. We may cancel or modify any booking found to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our terms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary based on room type, rate, or Hotel policies. Details will be provided in your confirmation.
Our standard policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before 6:00 PM (Hotel local time) on your arrival date—or no-shows—will be charged a one-night fee to your provided credit/debit card.
Payment
You are responsible for full payment of all charges during your stay, including room, F&B, spa, and other services. Payments may include applicable taxes and fees.
If you leave without settling your bill, you authorize the Hotel to charge the balance—including damages—to the card used during check-in or saved in your account.
Tourism Tax (TTx)
All foreign passport holders will be charged RM10.00 per room per night, in accordance with government regulations.
Pahang Sustainability Tax
A RM3.00 per room per night tax applies for hotels in Pahang (effective 1 March 2022). This will be collected at check-in.
Hotel Deposit
A refundable cash deposit (in local currency) is required at check-in. The amount may vary by hotel or package booked.
